Jebao dc3000 issue...!

It's been running as return for two years.
Today I heard loud screeching noise.
Water pressure was not great....sump starts to fill by siphon.

What would be wrong. I don't clean pumps just strong vinegar run overnight every few months.

What could be issue ...? is it impeller? If so can I buy it from here:

Maybe a snail or something got in there and wrecked the impeller blades. Take out the impeller and have a look. While you got it out check and clean the cavity the impeller magnet goes into on the motor
