Help w/ati sunpower

I purchased a Ati sunpower fixture yesterday, it was second hand. After getting home and connecting it, the fans weren't spinning (seller informed me). Took out the fans to find out the wires were off the fan, meaning he need new fans. Not a problem i just dont want to buy new fana and that wont solve it. Any suggestions or help would be greatly apreciated.

Pics? What do you mean wires were off the fans? Just call ATI I think they are $15 each plus shipping. I had just bought a few.

The red and black wires came off the fan

like where it attaches to the fan or the coupler - I would just buy new fans.

To the fan completely off so when you look at it its just a wire comnected to nothing

Im too lazy to unpack it right now lol. I know the fans are not repairable, ill have to order new one im hoping thatll solve it.
