Protein Skimmer for 75G

Looking for a a brand new in-sump protein skimmer for 75G mix reef with sps,lps, softy and fish. Which Model do you recommend? Buget is under $200 and would like it to be quiet, energy efficient under 30watts.

I've heard it's quiet and easy maintenance. Pretty much the entire skimmer comes apart.
