RO/DI Questions

I have been looking for a RO/DI system to install for my reef aquarium, as I have been using a 3 part filtered water system. I find that all of the systems appear to be rated for water at 70 + degrees and water pressure above what I think I have even from my local city water system. How do you increase the temperature of your incoming water for the RO/DI as my water is typically 50 degrees? How would you increase the water pressure from you water line as well? Do these values really matter or will the system work with tap water that is colder?

RO/DI perform at there best at 70 degrees but will work at cooler temps but not as there rated. the output would drop at cooler temps but still function at filtering water.
