whats better asm g3 or octopuss nw150

hey guys,,,so im runnin a octopuss nw 150 on my 72 bow reef tank. i just picked up a asm g3 from a fellow member and was goin to run it on mu 90 fowlr. should i run the asm on my 72 reef tank ,,or leave it the way it is ,,,thankds in advance

I love my ASM G4+, it takes out absolutely everything after I feed especially because I turn down my flow so water flows through the sump a lot slower so it has more time to skim and the cup fills up all the way which I think is about a quart worth of skimmate lol

So I took out the Octopuss ,, and tried the asm ,, and boom.... Pump won't turn on ,, cleaned it and nothing ,, I need a new pump
