Couple of questions about lighting, first off actinic coralife pc bulbs say true 03 actinic but ive been told that they are just a 10,000k bulb painted to look 420nm ? If this is the case than do you get the same growth out of them as you would a 10,000k ? Second question is in my tank I have coralife 50/50 & coralife 03 actinic pc bulbs, with just the actinic on I get very little " glow " from my corals. I want to either swap out the lamp for a better actinic that will give me what im looking for or ad an led strip. I see alot of led's in different colors, which color will give me the best glow on my coral 453nm, 460nm or the uv I think its 402nm ??? Also this is for my 6 gallon tank so a small strip will light it up nice.
