What trait to breed for?

What other traits have fish been breed for? This is what I have so far.
Color
Long fins
Short bodies (become very popular)
Design

A lot of my koi fry have their tails angled up at 90%. I thought that would be cool. Someone has a trigger with a cleft lip. I have a clownfish with a huge underbite. If I breed for the underbite it could become the koks of cichlids. Any other ideas?

I included saltwatwr fish in my first post. What do you breed? Do you breed for any specific traits. I used to breed cichlids to create hybrids. I couldn't even give away some of the fry.
