WHAT ARE THE ODDS MY OCELLARIS CLOWNS WILL DO THE NASTY? IF THEY DO, HOW HARD IS IT TO RAISE THEM? WOULD THE LARGER OF THE TWO BE THE BABYDADDY?

Slim to none if you keep yelling
If they're mated, then pretty good. The larger is usually the female and raising the fry is not that difficult if you have lots of time, money, patience and a little luck. I would call it somewhere between "brain surgery" and "poking yourself in the eye with a sharp stick" on the hard to do scale.
