yellow watchman gobi

Anyone ever seen a gobi change color.
My yellow watchman gobi has suddenly changed to a light tan almost neutral color. He has always been bright yellow???
I thought he might be sick but he seems to have a healthy appetite and showa no signs of being in distress

Been keeping reef tanks since back in the day of bioballs but never kept many fish. I read a few aticles on the watchman Gobi but nothing about him changing color.I should have guessed that was the case tho as many fish change color for different reasons.
I originally got him for my 58 Oceanic but I have a big blue chromi that has become aggressive, territorial maybe, and went after him so I started a small 10gal nano reef to keep him in. I've had him about a year now and never seen him change color until now.
