Believe it or not but black mollies are great algae eaters. Just have to acclimate them from freshwater to saltwater. Great thing about them is they reproduce quickly so when they have babies it's food for your fish

Bicolor Blennies require rocks with many holes to hide in. In addition, its diet will most likely need to be supplemented with a more nutritional algae (such as formula 1 or 2 mix). Plus its never a good idea to keep fish in a sump because of the risks of getting sucked into pumps etc. I have kept a bicolor blenny in my regular reef tank though and would recommend it as a fish for your display tank (they have a great personality!).
