Anybody ID this for me

Has been on my clown for over a year got any ideas?

Can't really see what it is but it looks like some sort of growth. It could also be that the fin was injuried and the damage caused it to heal that way. If it's been like that for over 1 year I wouldn't worry about it that much, specially if the fish is eating and looks healthy.
