Lion Fish shouldn't be mixed with Eels or Triggers unless the Eels and Triggers are the very non-aggressive type. They'll both chase after the Lion Fish, specially during feeding time, which could lead to the Lion Fish dying.

The same goes for mixing Triggers with Eels. You need to determine which type before you mix them as fights over food can lead to wounds or death.

First make a list of fish that you want the most and then from there you can plan out the rest of your fish.

With triggers and eels, it all depends on how you feed them. I currently have two triggers (4"clown/ 3.5" Picasso) and a baby Green Moray Eel. I hand feed the eel first b4 I feed the triggers; it has been working for the last 4 months I've had them together.

No it depends on how large each is. remember that 4" Clown Trigger will get over 1' and even before then will become very aggressive and a problem. Eels get very large and will grab food out of Trigger mouths, since Triggers bite their food instead of swallowing it. Large Triggers will also bite into thing and an Eel makes for a easy thing to bite. Eels also hunt at night and even if they can't pull the Trigger out of the rocks it can leave bite marks with can turn into infections.

eel

I had a FOWLR tank with a 6 inch Queen Trigger & a 4 inch clown trigger.
I wanted something else in the 120 instead of 2 triggers. Built a nice cave for the snowflake moray eel (12 inches long). I acclimated the eel & put him in the tank, within 15 minutes the 2 triggers proceeded to eat him, my LFS at least gave me a 50% credit. The LFS said that there should be no problem with the triggers. If you are going to try & have an eel with triggers put them in at the same time, and it seems some clown triggers are more agressive than other clown triggers. I guess like in humans different personalities.
