Damsel/Angelfish compatiblity

I have been told by several IFS's that damsels and Angelfish are incompatable, I have 4 damsels in my 80 gal tank along with a maroon clown, yellow tang, and a naso tang. I have two three striped damsels and two neon blue damsels (I think they are blue devils, I would have to look it up). I have wanted an Impartor angel since i started the tank and my wife won't let me get rid of the damsels. I have had no problems with my damsels at all, old or new fish

I have a 90 gal tank and I am keeping various Angelfish (both pygmy and larger species) successfully and in harmony with only the yellow tail damesfish. I have tested many other damselfish in my smaller transitional tanks and in my experience as they (the damselfish other than yellow tails) increase in aggressiveness as well as in size, they bother the angels more and more. :?
