:D Hi folks,

A reefer buddy of mine recently aquired some attractive anthias for his 180 gallon reef. They were listed as "anthias engelhardi".

Please concur as the photos I have seen on the 'net so far either do not do this species justice compared to the photo we took, or the i.d was wrong and they are something else.

And, since I'm here (hi Van) I'll let y'all know that I spent a good half hour today trying to find anything similar to this. I wasn't able to find anything like a "bible" online, and couldn't come up with A. englhardi Googling or Dogpiling. Sure would be nice to know what this fish is!

It's a female of some anthias species, but since the females often look the same ... its hard to say which ... plus the picture is not very sharp and is from too far away to say much of anything else.

Aloha!
