A gold heart trigger from west Africa, these are a sister species to the West Atlantic queen trigger.

A ghost pipe fish I saw at Country Critters which is apparently eating guppies.

Couple views of a wrasse basse, Liopropoma eukrines, a deeper water carribean beauty.

And maybe not the rarest species, this specimen of yellow scopas tang was really neat. The actual color is between the appearance of the two images. This guy was a bit difficult to photograph, hence the mediocre pictures.

The yellow scopas was at a Reefer's house I visited in St. Louis this last weekend. Pretty wild huh? This is the only one I have ever seen also and it was exceptionally vivid.

Jake,

How long have they had the fish ? I remember Greg Schiemer telling me that his yellow scopas eventually turned to the regualr scopas color.

Just wondering if they keep this color for ever.

sanjay.
