I am new to marine aquaria but fish keeping in gereneral, I have been keeping fishes for about 20 years in planted fresh water systems. It would seem that the only thing the same is the glass box and source water
I plan to Keep a single species Dwarf Sea Horses (DSH) Hippocampus zosterae. The only thing that I will be doing that seem to be out of convention is to keep them in a 55G aquarium. The rest seem to be at least comparable to how others keep their marine systems. I will start a thread soon that will have illustrations with questions. Keep in mind that I have been researcing for about 5 months and this is no almost a complete composite of what I think I have learned. Even in the keeping of fresh water systems for 20 years I think I have only learned 10% of what could be known.
