Mine were paired up prior for the first month. And later separated one of them for another month, because one of them was considerably smaller and the other kept getting bigger.
Upon putting them back a few weeks ago they were initially fighting violently, even locking jaws for 5 minutes. They separated for a few minutes and went back to normal like nothing happened.
Funniest thing I ever saw. lol
It was like one of them was saying...."Where the hell did you go without saying anything?"
One of them have been shaking violently. But the female will do this as well? Or is it just the male?
They are staying in a corner throughout the whole day.
Seems like it's a waste of space. But, I put them a nice flat rock to see if this will encourage the mating process. we'll see.
