Amonia spike/cloudy water

I had a spike today and I cannot figure out why, there is cloudy water. I will do a water change tomorrow hopefully I dont loose anything. I did not over feed or anything what could be the reason?

Did something die?
Did you add anything new?
Did you add any chemicals/additives/medication?
Do you have any plants like calerpa in the tank?

How high is the ammonia reading?

Two fish were dead this morning, i did a water change hopefully it works. I had some clams to denitrate i think one may have died

Do you have a "clean up crew"?
