im starting a 95 gallon fowlr is this big enough for a dog face ?

Sure. Just choose wisely. Do some research on the types of fish you like and compile a list. Post the list here to get some feedback from folks with personal experience.

1 dog face puffer
1 magestic angel
3 black bar soldier fish

i will have about 65-70 lbs of live rock so the soldier fish will have caves to hide. also i will have a sump with a ASM G2 so bio load shoudnt be that big of a deal.

any advice on this list wether to add a fish or take some off would be great.

I wouldn't put the angel in that tank. Although it is 90 gallons the length of the tank is kinda short. I'd go with fish that do not need as much swimming room like a nice coris wrasse (not a yellow tail though) or even a trigger.

Have you given thought to what you will when the Dog Face gets large? Which he will with out adoubt! They get very large.
As to what other fish; please do not put anything with flowing fins/tails etc.,etc as those will only attract the DF and it will nip at them.

i was thinking of changing to a 120(48*24*24) would a HOB aquac remora pro work with this size of a tank. i would have about 90lbs rock.
