I have always found that the lights out trick works. I'm not sure what kind of tank you have, but if you can afford to keep the lights off for a day or two, I would try it. It has always calmed my fish down.

I'll never forget the day I put a yellow tang in my tank with a purple tang. I was new to the hobby and didn't know why they called them surgeonfish. The knifing (lol) this purple tang put on this yellow tang was ridiculous. I tore every single rock out of my tank and caught the purple tang. I put him in a clear container in the tank with holes in it, and didn't let him out for a day. I felt like stomping on him I was so angry but it really was my fault. Anyway, after I let him out, they were pretty cool after a few days. The beating that yellow tang took still surprises me till this day. I turned off the lights and the purple tang was still going after the yellow tang. That will never happen again with me.

Well you could try the lights out trick that was suggested. I've never used it myself. If it were me i would rearrange the rocks (i don't know if that's an easy task for you or if your tank is covered in corals) It's worth a shot.

The odd thing that makes me think these may not be successful is the fact that he was added last and not even as large as 2 of the tangs. So im under the assumption he just may be a more aggressive fish. If he was getting bullyd the rock and light tricks may break up the territories that they are being aggressive over.
