Fellow reefkeepers:
Reefs.org is proud to once again lead the way by being the first to introduce its innovative new volunteer team. The RDO Taskforce is an all-volunteer group of regular posters selected for membership based on their knowledge, expertise and willingness to help other posters. The RDO Taskforce members will take part on the boards to act as greeters, facilitators and to provide helpful guidance for getting the most out of your Reefs.org/MACO/Advanced Aquarist experience. In addition, RDO Taskforce members will be working on various projects for the website ranging from our chatroom, to our library, to brainstorming new and exciting venues for Reefs.org to explore.
It is our hope that the introduction of the RDO Taskforce will enrich everyone's experiences with Reefs.org while fostering a friendly and helpful atmosphere. Membership is based solely on merit and is accompanied by a few perks, including amongst others getting your own @reefs.org email address, access to the RDO Taskforce forums, special titles and avatars. More will come in the future, as well!
The initial invitations have already gone out and we are proud to introduce our RDO Taskforce members!

If you wish to join RDO Taskforce yourself or would like to suggest someone that you feel would be a great addition to RDO Taskforce, send a private message to one of the Reefs.org Operators. The most important requirement to become a member is having a desire to make Reefs.org as great as it can be! Members will have a voice in how things are done and will be given the tools and support they need to work on any projects they'd like to develop for Reefs.org, to the betterment of the on-line reefing community as a whole.
It is our hope that our readers will join us in supporting the members of RDO Taskforce as they set out to make Reefs.org a better, more enjoyable place to visit. Wish them a hearty “congratulations” if you see them on the board!
Sincerely,
The reefs.org Staff
