Posting a image (avatar)

I'm having a hard time figuring out how to post a pic., (avatar). Could anybody help please?? Thank you.

I find the easiest thing to do is save the picture onto your comp, then open up the profile page, go to avatar, and where it says 'Open avatar from your machine', click 'Browse' and ur picture fodler will coem up. FInd the picture and dobule-click on it, hit submit on the profile pag eand ur golden.
