Hi, I'm in the process of buying a new freshwater planted tank discus set up. I came across the Fluval Profile 1000 online and it matches my decor well. I have not seen it in person and I would like to know if anyone has this set up for a planted tank. I read online that the lighting might not be enough to support the plants, is that true? has anyone modified the light fixture and added more lights?
Any info would be greatly appreciated with the pros and cons of this set up.
