Power Head for undergravel filter

I have a 30gal tank with an undergravel filter. What size power heads should I use?
I am looking at the Aqua Clear 301 - 175 gph. or the Aqua Clear 201 - 126 gph.
I will be using 2 of them. I am also using a Whisper 60 Power Filter on this tank.

Depends on what you want to keep in the tank.

Do you want a slow flow tank or medium flow tank? Most of the planted tanks require slow flow.

I find ONE 301 Power head in my 33 gal is quite the heck enough for strength.

There were undergravel filters plates on the market in the late 80's that had wider slats farther out, to compensate for the strong suction of one powerhead. You might be able to find them still, though I haven't.
