Ok guys, lets say you had a chance to 'remodel' a 20 gallon high tank in terms of stuff inside. Not equipment, just fish and plants and gravel and deco crap. What would YOU include. ALl ideas welcome, Im 'redoing' my 20 high and need suggestions. TIA

I'd make it a fully planted dwarf cichlid tank. Maybe some Tanganyikan shell dwellers, or perhaps some Apistogramma.

i'd steal some inspiration from some of these planted tanks.

of course it all depends on the lighting you have there, you could fill up the bottom with some dwarf chain swords, a good sized piece of drift wood with java moss on it and then your choice of taller stemmed plants to fill in the back.

plus some choice tetras, maybe cardinals or rainbows and you are golden

That's what I'm doing with mine right now. Except its a 20XH.

Just got all the hardware checked out and set up, am ordering all the plants shortly.
