Seen it at MA last weekend and been thinking about running it over my 8' frag tank.

Looking for plus and minus about it.

Also were is a good store to buy it?
I am looking to run my 2-250w MH

that's a pretty TALL frag tank. you must have a high ceiling....lol.
throw 2x 400w 10k's on there and it'll double as a tanning bed!!!!

saw something like that on dr.foster's facility video tour.
pretty cool idea but what if (actually not if but when....remember murphy's law) the motor stalls, you'll cook whatever underneath it?!?!?!
that's my monkey wrench for ya.:fight2:

no i am not buying them , im working on an idea i got from richie and simply assembling a 3 tube triangular formation cut to tanks length and attempting to attach a slow paced motor that can be time set to run the lights back and forth!! i have a full blown metal shop and carpenter shop at my disposal , so this is our new project! i kid you not that richie gave me this idea last sunday lol and im trying to bring it to life for him

+1 for seeing it at MA, that was sick! Good luck with it man. I bet it would be awesome...

Btw wtf do you need with an 8 foot frag tank? Haha. Frag tanks are for fragments of corals, are you sure it's not just another set up your doing but a frag tank sounds better to the wife and sounds cheaper? Haha or are you just buying colonies and not frags anymore lol
