Nitrate is high

My nitrate was 2 ppm I did a 25 percent water change now it's on 0.75 is it good to do another water change in 2 days. Also my phosphate was of the chart it went down a bit but it's still high

Depends on how big the tank is.2ppm is not bad.Too much of a water change might cause a mini cycle.

2 is very low.Hard to get it to zero.What kind of skimmer are you running?
