I was wondering what types of clowns are safe to put together if there is more than one anemone. I have an Ultra Rainbow Bubbletip anemone like the ones sold on sexycorals.com. My cellphone doesn't take very good pics but I posted some anyway.

Thanks in advance for any advice.

ive had 2 pairs at once but it was in a 220g and they were on opposite sides of the 6ft tank and never ventured that far to bother each other, in that tank which is only 28in cornwer to corner i think, would wind up being bad... clowns are territorial expecially when paired up.. theyre known for chasing and killing other clowns..

what type do you have now?

The ones in the pic are the ones that I have right now. I figured that was what I was going to hear but I thought it was worth asking.

I'll probably put it in one of my other tanks and get a new pair to go with it.

Thanks again

maybe some other people will getin on it.. but id hate for you to go buy some nice clown and spend a couple hundred to get them and have them either chased till they stop eating or beaten up and die.. its good that you asked most people do and then ask y they lost their fash afterwards...

I have a 6' tank with 1 male ocellaris, and 1 female black saddle back. They stay at opposite sides of the tank, and they still fight when one crosses over to the other side.:(
