Well at night when the lights of my tank are out I some time come with a flashlight to see what?s going on.
So it looks like my tank / live rock is full of this bug/cockroach/ant looking things, & some are big as medium size ant, it is hard to explain how they look, but when they see the light, they are fast like mice, run from the light & hide. I have a sump/refugim with live rock sand bed & macro algae. If they are pods what type are they? Do my fish eat them?

See if you can get yourself a red LED flashlight. The pods and other benthic layer critters aren't so skittish with the red light. They'll all scramble to hide when the white light comes out, but the red light won't bother them. It'll give you plenty of time to observe them and possibly even photograph them to help with identifying them.

From the sound of it, you've got copepods (the VERY tiny pods) and amphipods (larger and look like a tiny letter 'c').

All good for your tank, the sign of a healthy system! Keep up the good work.

Your link isn't working.

You do NOT want to have the following from that list...
Hydroid
Isopods
Flatworms

If you see any of these in your tank - can you please post pics of them?
They are seriously bad for the tank :(
