What are the best foods for anemones???

I want to bulk up my rbta and two small gbta , whats everyone feeding those big anemones these days???

Or oysterphest and sometime blue fish

Yes that's what I did last month
I went on a charter boat in new rochell caught some bluefish froze one of them and I feed small lil pieces to my maxi mini and bta lol

well fishing season is over, but thanks for the tip.
When I go fishing everyone is always giving away bluefish and keeping the stripe bass. Now I have a reason to tell the wife of why I bring home so much bluefish. lol

I feed it silversides every other day, and mysis shrimp every other day.

I used to feed my carpet anemone jumbo shrimp from the supermarket, he was huge, about 15"

Wow how the feedings and diets vary, the reason I'm asking is cause I'm feeding mine large mysis everyday and it's still a bit on the small side and wanted to get it uP to snuff like other big anemones I have seen, this is coming from a guy who had a green anemone that was the size of a large frisbee !!! Maybe I'm overly eager to turn my anemone into baine lol
