HELP with protein skimmer !! please

I just bought this HOB protein skimmer it also has a filter along with it some reason the cups keep filling with water please help I can't adjust this too there is no knob anywhere.

Looks like a cpr or a copy of it...if so, there should be an o-ring around the cup itself, to adjust the height of the cup.

I did adjust the cup but shouldn't it be all the way in side the box or it should be pulled up a little and its a lot of water if push it down a little the water would fill the cup fast.

No, the cup needs to to raised up higher. The cup is positioned correctly when only bubbles are in it. Keep raising it until that happens. You have it down too low.
