Im having problems uploading pictures_Help PLZ

Im trying to start a new tank thread and have been unable to upload pictures. I keep getting the pop-up box below.

The website encountered an error while retrieving http://www.manhattanreefs.com/forum/geek-gallery-popup.php?ed=vB_Editor_001. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly.

I don't know how to get the url from my pictures also, can someone please give me some help thanks.

you could upload pics using photobucket

go to tinypic.com, upload your image, then paste the second link it creates for you in your message. hope this helps
