I've been vinegar dosing for few months my sps have nice color for most part! How often do u have too clean ur glass I'm cleaning about every 2 days! But i have noticed my sps stopped doing as well when I raised my alk to 10 try get better growth! I'm bringing it back down too 8 hope it turns around! I'm hearing alk above 8 and carbon dosing does not mix!

when my tank is running right i clean my glass once a week but if can go 2weeks before its starts to look bad.

i dont use the magfloat thing

Matt stay in the 8's... I feel same issue when I go in the 9-10 range

Hi,i think when carbon dosing the dkh level needs to stay around 7dkh to 8dkh and if taken higher can result in tip burn on sps,esp acros.
Not sure by memory what causes this but i think it has more to do with a biological effect rather than a mineral chemistry effect.

Down too 9 tested this morning gonna try and get down to 8 by sat!
