Reef app 3.0?

I bought the manhatten reef app for my droid.....do i have to buy it again for my new ipad as well? There has to be a way to link accounts between devices via login. When will they upgrade app for droid?

I think since they are two separate platforms that they will be two separate charges , but I could be wrong so let's see!
