Hello fellow MR friends okay i really need some solid advice and help Please i don't wanna loose my SPS they are finally recovering from the last tank mishap so here is my dilemma my Calcium Reactor has broke ETA on repair unknown so i know I'm gonna have to start manually dosing my Calcium and Alk so i need to know how can i figure out exactly how much to dose on a daily or weekly basis to keep my levels at 9alk and 480 calcium please guys i really need your help on this i wanna keep the tank from crashing i will doing a 20% water change today. Thanks in advance to all that help

The only way to know is to test the levels frequently and starts with the recommended amounts according to the tank volume and the products that you use. How frequently you ask. I think every 2-3 days. I do have a spare Ca reactor sitting in the garage for years. If you want to borrow it, LMK. I don't have an extra regulator though.

You are going to have to test a lot. Yeah imma try that i changed 20% of my water yesterday and checked my levels last night and added some ESV two part in order to get my levels to where i want them im gonna check them again later to see if i need to add more and then im going to monitor the tank for a week and see how much my levels drop and then go from there to determine the amount i need to dose thanks for the help guys

I heard someone is selling a Aqua Media Reef Doser (Triple). You could auto dose with it.
