Is my plate anemone dying?

One sec it looks okay although not fully extended, next sec all the tentacles get reallllly thin and turn purple in color. The plate itself loos like it gets swollen, also in the tentacles there seem to be some rings. Any ideas? All water parameters are good. Only change ge is that my uv recently stopped working.

Is that with lights on or off?
Any of fish nipping at it???
I lost mine because of a angel

With lights on or off dosent matter. No fishes nipping at it.I am almost ready to remove it.
