If someone can ID what is in this photo i would appreciate it. These have been on a few pieces of my live rock since i have started (about a year ago). Just would like to know if they are pests or if they are ok. Thet dont really multiply(not that i have noticed anyway).

thats a beautiful flame angel how is it with you corals? cus it says "with caution" for reefs

Flame is great, been in the system for about 6 months... Only problem he has is with my Mystery Wrasse in which he chases every so often. Even the Six Line and Mystery Wrasse get along.

And if it is Manjo i am dealing with what is the best method to get rid of it? I have aiptaisa x that i have used once with aiptasia. Will this do the trick?

Personally I think its beautiful. But if you do plan on removing you can use calcium hydroxide. Aka Kalkwasser

You can even buy it at the grocery store under "Pickling lime" for give or take $5.

From what I have read, you mix it with water to form a paste and inject it into the mouth. Just make sure you do it while your power heads are off ...to avoid it from traveling. Stuff is strong!

From my short experience with them, they are totally harmless. I have one that has walked through a bunch of daisy polyps and zoos, and neither of those soft corals seemed to care much. I also saw it climbing on my frogspawn without either of the coral caring either. So if you like it you should definitely keep it!!

If not, I'd be interested in taking it your hands :D

edit:

This is what the one I have looks like:
