i read they eat hair algae, but are they able to survive once all the algae is gone or do they have to be removed?

i no jim isnt to far from russ and he usually travels to the city.. see what you can work out... russ has awesome stuff.. and also to answer ur question once the hair algae is gone i would sell him off to another member with a hair algae prob.

Also, you can feed them with seaweed, that's what I did when holding them for Russ in preparation for delivery to 2 MR'ers
