Hello all.
These are some pics of my snorkeling experience in Hawaii I thought I share.
I'm not quite experienced at taking pictures underwater, nor am I that experienced at snorkeling, so please excuse the shaky pics.
Some of the diverse abundance of life I've seen include very large dogface puffers, huma-huma triggers (masked), bird wrasses, hog fishes, very, very large tangs, encrusting monteporas a few yards in square feet, cauliflower corals in quite a few shades of yellow to hot pink, very large pink tip triggers, undulated triggers, beautiful all red wrasses, angel fishes in every kind of variety............ overwhelming what is out there when you see it in person.
All the animals were not captured too well on my camera (sorry enjoying snorkeling too much to chase down some very fast moving fish).
I did try to catch up to a huma-huma as you can see from the pics.
Depth of most of the shots were between 10 - 30 ft.
All pics were taken at one of the calmest protected bays that Hawaii has to offer, Mauna Kea on the Big Island.
Thanks all.
PS - I will continue to add pics as I sort through them.
