What kind of light for frags in Sump?

My fuge is pretty large and want to take advantage of it to put some frags in to grow out.

What lights are minimum. Right now I have 6500k lights on the fuge?

Is that enough for softies/zoas/maybe LPS? I can have them towards the surface for more light.

Hey, I had a par38 in my sump when I had frags in it and it worked out perfect for me. A few people are selling some for cheap on here now. Good luck

What kind of bulb, PAR38 is only the designation of the size of the bulb (physical dimensions). I am actually using PAR38 size bulbs right now (2 of them)

I was using one from Nanotuners I think it was 21w. It grew my frags very well. I also had one from rapidleds that grew them good. Just make sure the optics are at least 70-80 unless you have the height to hang them high.

I am just running the 6500k CF bulbs for macro growth and it has been fine. I will look into the LED's but I need 2 of them
