Update your addresses on yahoo & yelp, or continue to lose customers. Really frustrating walking an hour in the freezing cold only to find out you don't exist. You may think that you do, but you didn't. :irked:
It is Chinese new year so if it is a Chinese owned shop, it will be closed. If it is Diamonds of the Reef, he is not technically open yet and has allowed MR members to visit his store during very limited hours when he is around, for example today after 3.... This is all information that is not hidden and if I were walking anywhere in this weather, I would call the place first to make sure they are open. Consider it a lesson learned but posting about it complaining is certainly not a good look.

We are extremely sorry about this - As I have stated via PM, we have updated our info on both yelp and yahoo about a month ago but for some reason, I see now that it's locked at the old address and we can't edit it. We did update our signature on MR to reflect the new address quiet some time ago. We will get these info changed on various sites ASAP to avoid any incidences such as this in the future.
We can drop off the livestock that you wanted for you today and if you want, we can take a drive back together so you can check the shop out.
Once again, we understand your frustration and we are extremely sorry.

I don't plug many stores, because not many care much about customer service but MAN.
You really can not ask for better service than this, ESPECIALLY the walk back to the shop even if closed.
