Hi Everyone, I just wanted to take a second and introduce myself. I live in Woodbridge Virginia a bit far from Manhattan but if I were to rely on local clubs only I would miss out on all the sexy corals out there! Lol I have been maintaining a reef system for 12 years now but only have focused on corals for the past two years.
My new system is a Mr aqua 60 gallon cube with a 90 gallon custom sump. I'm running a very simplistic system with carbon and GFO, protein skimmer (royal bubble kind mini 200) kalk reactor (built inline with my ATO) and weekly water changes.
Metal halide 250 watt with radium bulb and a sunlight supply electronic ballast. For atinics Reefbright blue LEDs.

My stands are steel and have been powdered coated black and someday ill wrap it with wood..

Oh my tank is all LPS and a couple softies in there. Trying to make my tank super clean with bare bottom and dry rocks from Marcorocks.com. the overflow is a small model from glass-holes.com

Right now I only have pics with my cell phone but I'm ordering a dry box for my Nikon d90 and a decent macro lens.

Thanks broski... nicest rainbow I've seen in a bit... after 1 month in my tank it has turned seriously bright orange rim and the blue is killer.
