Which lighting to use for my 150 extra high?

I'm finally moving and can set up my large reef tank. Unfortunately, I can't go to the 300 I want, I'm limited to a 120.

I'm undecided on lighitng..LED's, T5's? My radion is doing great for my acros in my 40 breeder, but its shallow. I wanted to see what experience people had with LED's in deeper tanks.
