tangs that eat green bubble algae

hey guys what tangs have you had luck with that eat green bubble algae ?

I believe no tangs eat them. I also have bought a piece from another reefer here and inside the rock i guess there was some bubble algae...now im trying to get rid of them as i see it, but its a tough war. Im not sure there is anything that really eats them.

get a salifin blenny, mine ate all the bubble algae.

I believe foxface does. Google it out. Not a tang but a reef safe fish.

I got my emerald crabs from reefcleaners last month, they didn't touch my bubble algae, got a yellow tang later in the week ( tang is nipping away at the bubble algae )

Ive read in many posts about emerald crabs not eating it, but indeed being oportunistic eaters thst will pick on some kinds of corals...crabs can be good...but can be bad too. Ive had a strawberry crab that even though is considered "reef safe" ended up being a nightmare in my tank...

I haven't had my tangs touch it, but my lawnmower blenny and emerald crabs took care of it.

Depending on tank size, I've had Vlamingii and Naso tangs eat bubble algae.

Ive never seen a tang eat any bubble algae.... Your best bet is to manually remove it instead of adding livestock.
