need more flow in my 150g tank

what is the best power heads or wave makers for a 150 gallon high tank. have two tunze pump and they dont cut it.i always have skimate on top of my water.

i think u have to post what u try to grow (SPS,LPS,Zooa's) tank is 48x31x24 ?

a wave maker wont take the slime off the surface. do you have a surface skimmer? are your power heads and returns pointed up to the surface?

adjust the loc lines a little bit to agitate the surface, assuming tank is drilled in some way. or get another powerhead and keep it higher up so it serves same purpose.

I have the same tank and 1 MP40 does fine no surface slime at all.
Adjust your return lines and you should be ok.

like 2 or 3 WP 40's should do the trick. very inexpensive and works really really good. youll be happy. and the flow rate is adjustable so is the power head. should look around there like 50$ea. good luck and hope you find something.!

3 wp40s would make a huge wave pool , i have 1 wp25 in a 90 gallon and its plenty ! One wp40 would he fine or possibly 2 wp25s

Two or three wp40s? How are you going to get them to work with each other timing wise? That's way too much flow.

Also the price isn't $50. It's only that much if your lucky in a group buy. Normally they go for around $100
