Neptune Apex app for Android

I just upgraded my Sam S3 to a S4. I cant seem to download a version of the Neptune app that works. This is weird. I find the app in the app store. It says beta version after it. The app does not allow you to control anything or input any ip address etc. The app just brings you to the neptune webpage and links to support. It looks like the app I downloaded for my S3 is no longer available

has anyone faced a similar problem recently?

On the main screen, when you hit the Menu key do you get options to Add/Delete/Search?

No the main screen only states

aqua controllers
it has picture of tank with phrase it about control

on bottom i see support resources

tried installing and uninstalling several times
it works fine on my s3 but something is up with the app in the android app store.

Interesting, on mine it shows the same info. But I have to press the menu key on the phone for the Add/Search buttons to show up. I had a problem once before with the app and a re-install didn't help. I had to go to apps setting and clear data/cache and then it worked. I don't have an S4 so that could be an S4 specific issue. I'm running the app on an S3, Note II, and my Nexus 7 without issues.

Running Apex on S4 here and no problems. Like mentioned above, hit the Menu button and an option to afd your Apex will appear.
