peppermint shrimp in my expierence wont eat your corals unless you got a shrimp that looks very similar called the camel shrimp. They will however clean the living daylights out of new corals which is why i am going to get 2 more when i set up a QT for my acros. I put 2 in my frag tank many months ago and they took care of all the aiptasia in there in days

Berghia nudibranches will work if you know how to use them. Just getting them in throwing them in probably wont work. What i was told is to get them to breed in a seperate tank then use the babies to eat your DT aiptasia. I didnt want to go through that pain so my DT got a copperband which is almost 2 years old and the shrimp went into the frag tank

Well no matter what fish you get you will have to keep it in the tank for several months. It may look like it ate them all but they will be in your overflows, pipes and anywhere else in your tank. And once the fish or shrimp or nudi is gone they will start to re appear once again

Just get the peppermint shrimps. They only live for a few months in my tank ( seem to eat each other during molting if they are not well fed). I usually dump 4 or 6 in every year. Aside from the camel shrimps which are easy to spot, there are 2 species of similar looking pepperments, one from the carribean, which is what you're after, and one from the west coast, which is not reef safe. L. wurdemanni vs Lysmata californica.
