Even with how miffed I am with the arrival of my Zoa's from Reefs2Go.com, i'm still going to show some pics of the Zoa Garden being started.

Currently it is:
5-polyps of Blushing Brides
5-polyps of Candy Apples's
5-polyps of Coco's Pink
10-polyps of Eyes of Rah
5-polyps of Fire and Ice
20-polyps of Radioactive Dragon Eyes
5-polpys of Unknown Zoas (They were my free softy when I ordered)

Sorry for the crappy cell phone pics. Camera is acting a bit wonky and i'll post pics as soon as they open. Hopefully soon...

Even though they can be much cheaper I usually do not get wild zoas any more. Tank raised zoas almost always open up and have a much higher success rate. It shouldn't be that surprising since most wild colonies come trans-shipped into the states wrapped in wet news paper to save shipping costs.

Make sure your water isn't too clean , yes you read right keeping your water slightly dirty shows better PE.

water temp 81, decent flow they need to look like they're wiggling its good for the polyps nutrient export

I keep my water somewhat dirty. How dirty I don't know. I normally don't test for anything. Haven't touched my test kits in months. I might see what my nitrates are to see if I need to turn my GFO reactor off

Nothing. Feed every other day and a big one for my corals the day before a water change. Water change once a week about 5 gallons. Change chemipure and purigen eveey three months and filterfloss every 2-3 weeks. Thinking about removing the gfo reactor to see how the tank does without it. I also clean everything when the chemipure and purigen are changed. Clean skimmer, media rack, return pump, wetside of my mp10

Great im glad to hear that they are sending you a new shipment that's nice. i hope these work out for you. any zoa paly i have ever gotten has opened with in 30 mins to 2hours of putting in my tank. even wild ones doesn't matter about wild or not. and if they did not open its cause it was shipped a bad frag and i got a new one in return.

anyways good luck man i hope all works out for you KEEP us updated!
