Help. Anemone.

My anemone walked into my power head. Everything is cloudy. It's a 80 gallon system and I don't know what to do

Is the anemone dead? Same thing happened to my anemone 2 weeks ago and I got it out of my mp 40 and left it in the corner of my tank now its fine
