I have no experience with the jebao pumps. I recently had an issue with one of my vortechs and the customer service was excellent

Basically it's like comparing a Ferrari to a Yugo. There is a reason that prices reflect differences.

i personally only use jebao in my tank and i show everyone that comes to my house lol i try to keep some money in my pocket. I have two wp 40s and a dc1200 which is the best return pump i have ever had super quiet very strong and adjustable threw remote and i only paid 170 on ebay and i unplug them all the time when i do target feeding

I just got rid of my MP40 in place of a WP60, so far loving the WP60 it provides alot more flow and is very quiet. The only complaint I have about the switch is that the cord is in the tank, but for 1/7th the price of a MP60 I'm happy.

I like them so much I might add another WP40 on the back glass for some random flow.

For the price of the wp, you can not go wrong. Pumps are working beautifully, by the way!

i wanted to get one Jebao pump, glad i never bought one, i study one A.V. store, they let me open one box,also to play w/one inside the tank.

u can feel the poor quality of plastic molding.Wrong propeller design (push most of water in front, not even close to Vorthech. Its a misconception most people have about it. They say its strong, the goal is to move water just like reef. Wide not narrow flow like jacuzzi pumps)

To be honest, you cannot compare them, they are two different things.

Yep, compare them to tunze pumps. The vortech is completely different. For the jeabo price you can't go wrong though.

Jabeo has no "undertow", vortech has undertow. I used a jabeo instead of a vortech in my tank for 1 week recently. The jabeo had very little flow but created more of a wave. Once I out the vortech back in, a ton of detrius type stuff was floating in the water column. The vortech (MP10 v WP10) is soooo much better!

the two pumps are different by design the jebao is a copy of the tunze line i have had the jebao, running since they became available w absolutely no problems the issues u mention are purely related to the American manufacturing and if you read between the lines the eco tech pumps are only assembled statewide but get components from other sources there are extremely few usa ac motor manufactures and almost no dc eco tech is a great company and u pay for it as a market choice
